expertise
in a
specific
area.
These 3
weeks will
vary for
every
participant,
depending
on their
interest.
If these 3
weeks
prove
beneficial,
the
remainder
of the
program

continue
to use the
knowledge

during
this time.
The last 6
weeks will
be spent

gained and
applying
it to the
running of
our store.
They will
be working
for 6
weeks in
the store.
This time
will help
them
improve
retail
skills.
Being
trained in
several
areas,
this will
now
provide
the
student
time to
use the
skills
they have
learned.
They spend
this time
helping in
the store
in return
for the
time and
training
invested
by The
Book
Cover.
